Staff vs. Owner Requirements
For Academy Owners
Full accreditation requires the completion and verification of all 8 Pillars.
For Staff & Coaches
Individual staff members must be verified in the 5 Essential Safety Pillars (Pillars 1 through 5).
Individual Coach Registration
Yes. Coaches are encouraged to begin their verification process independently. While verified individual coaches will be listed on their academy’s page, the academy itself will not be marked as “Accredited” until the owner and all staff members have successfully completed the full verification process.

Annual membership is $99.00 for an academy owner and $75.00 for a coach or employee for United States and Canadian residents. International residents pay $225.00 for an academy owner and $220.00 for a coach or employee. Registration and payment are completed on SportsEngine, the secure membership platform Academy Safe uses.
